Management Programs

The Management prepares students with the skills necessary to meet the business demands of today and tomorrow. The curriculum provides a solid business core, helping students learn how to deal with the people-based challenges encountered in various management positions. The School of Business offers two business degree program in Management- at the bachelor's level and the other at the associates of arts. In addition, the School of Business offers a Minor in Management the open to non-major students. Graduates have employment opportunities in a wide variety of supervisory/management positions.

Whether you are interested in starting your own business, developing sales skills, or engaging in commerce with other countries, Program in Management has something to offer you. Our two undergraduate plans are flexible enough to accommodate student interests, and career aspirations.

Program Offerings

Students who earn a degree through in a management program are prepared to plan, organize, make decisions, communicate and lead effectively in a variety of work settings. Our faculty members have diverse areas of expertise including human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, organization theory, strategic management, international management, entrepreneurship and innovation, business communication, and organizational research methods.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Management

The program is designed to empower and cultivate unique potential and talents to gaduates while promoting mastery of knowledge, skills and aptitudes necessary to help you pursue options in dynamic business environments to demonstrate a tangible impact in planning and organizing day-to-day operations..

Associate of Science in Business Administration - Management

The programs is designed to provide an academic background that would be useful for entry-level jobs as well as long-range management positions in industry, including, advertising agencies, marketing research firms, management consultants, service organizations, and retailing, wholesaling, and manufacturing.

Minor in Business Administration - Management

No matter what your major is, the knowledge and skills you will acquire through the Business Administration minor will serve you well upon graduation, helping you both in your job search and your ability to be successful in your career field.
